• Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in tattoos or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Tattoo Artist

We look for tattoo artists who have a clear body of work, communicate well with clients, and can take a concept from reference gathering through final placement without unnecessary drama.

Piercer

This role suits a piercer who is comfortable discussing placement, anatomy, jewelry considerations, and aftercare in simple language while keeping the appointment calm and professional.

• Ability to explain aftercare clearly

Tattoo Apprentice

An apprenticeship role is for someone with a serious drawing practice who understands that learning tattooing involves far more than producing finished designs. We value patience, observation, consistency, and a willingness to handle foundational shop responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A strong original drawing portfolio
• Ability to take critique without becoming defensive
• Reliable attendance and communication
• Interest in tattoo history, design, and technical fundamentals
• Willingness to learn shop routines before expecting to tattoo

Front Desk and Client Coordinator

The client coordinator helps keep communication organized, gathers the basic information artists need for inquiries, and gives clients a friendly point of contact before and after appointments.

• Ability to gather references, placement, sizing, and project details accurately
