• Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in tattoos or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Tattoo Artist

Work with clients on custom tattoo projects while contributing a distinct artistic point of view to the studio. We value artists who can explain design choices clearly, manage appointments responsibly, and work well around other artists.

Piercer

Provide thoughtful piercing services while helping clients understand placement, preparation, and routine aftercare. The right person is calm, organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with first-time clients.

• Consistent attention to cleanliness and studio procedures
• Professional and patient client manner
• Ability to meet applicable New York requirements for the role

Studio Coordinator

Help keep the studio organized by communicating with clients, sorting project inquiries, coordinating appointment information, and supporting the daily flow of a busy tattoo environment.

Tattoo Apprentice

Develop foundational tattoo knowledge under studio guidance while contributing through drawing practice, observation, studio responsibilities, and consistent skill development. Apprenticeship opportunities depend on the studio's current capacity to provide meaningful instruction.
